Hello baseball fans. Frank's Field of Dreams is created to
support Asian baseball players who play over here in the
United States, my hobby of baseball card collection along with
autographs, and a few other things related to baseball such as
Current Events. Being a native of Taiwan myself, it has been a
dream come true for me to see so many Asian players succeed
in the highest level of baseball competition in the world.

"Got Gold?"
No surprise as Ichiro won his 5th straight Gold Glove. To me, Ichiro's defense
ability are as valuable as his bat. One play he made this past season, where he
brought back a potential homer from Angels' slugger Garrett Anderson was one
of many great play he made this past year. To refresh your memory in case you
forgot or don't know what I'm talking about. Check out the sweet image below.

Ichiro, first looked at the ball being hit off the bat, estimated the speed of the
ball and when it would reach the outfield, and he looked back at the wall, made a
great jump to the spot where he predicted the ball would eventually land and uses
his right hand to hold himself up
in a play where only probably he could have done.

"We Are The Champions..."
Congratulations to the Chicago White Sox as they captured the 2005
World Series as I predicted. I'm happy for Tadahito Iguchi, Man Soo Lee, and
rest of the Sox players who never got the ring, but somehow I'm disappointed
for Craig Biggio, Jeff Bagwell, and one of the manager I respect
the most in the game Phil Garner. Astros' in 2006? Who knows...

"Stylin' & Profilin'."
I recently took some time and create a profile page of every Asian player ever
appeared in the Major League. It is under Far East Heroes with their career stats
up to 2005 and a scan of their baseball card that I have in my collection.
