I am not sure what the Brewers was thinking when they signed Nomura, as he has given up almost a run for every inning he has ever pitched in the Major League. Nomura did not fare too well either in the Minors, but he can always say that he pitched 21 more games in a Major League uniform than most of the players back in Japan.
